As one of the first New Zealand fund managers to offer funds with a responsible investment focus, we are able to use our expertise in this area to encourage more proactive management of ESG issues.
Our investments
To assist our clients in achieving the returns on their investments that they expect, we seek high standards of transparency, corporate governance and social responsibility from the companies in which we invest.
This involves monitoring and entering into dialogue with companies on key aspects of their corporate governance and their relationship with society as a whole. Engaging with companies through individual meetings and other correspondence is another important part of our commitment to good governance.
