Graham Law
Graham Law joined AMP Capital Investors in 2007 and was appointed Managing Director in April 2009. Graham brings to the Managing Director’s role a strong risk business management, compliance, governance and finance focus. Graham also has significant experience in assurance services and transaction advisory support services for a diverse portfolio of organisations.
Guy Elliffe
Guy Elliffe is responsible for the management of New Zealand equities for AMP Capital Investors. This includes the setting and execution of the investment process, final accountability for portfolio management decisions and investment performance. Guy ’s previous experience includes portfolio management for a number of leading mutual companies.
Grant Hassell
Grant Hassell is responsible for all fixed interest portfolios managed by AMP Capital Investors in New Zealand. He has considerable domestic and international experience managing large fixed interest portfolios. Grant is part of the management group for AMP Capital’s overall fixed income business and is a member of the New Zealand Leadership team.
Peter Verhaart
Peter heads up the New Zealand Multi-Asset Group that provides multi-manager investment solutions to New Zealand clients and leverages off the extensive resources of the Australian team. Previously Peter was General Manager, AXA Global Investors, heading up the New Zealand Investment Management team. Prior to this, Peter was Head of Investment Consulting with Mercer in New Zealand and has also worked as an investment manager for ANZ Funds Management and as an asset consultant for Watson Wyatt. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Mathematics and a Diploma in Business Studies.
Andrew Penn
Andrew is executive legal counsel for AMP Capital Investors in New Zealand. Andrew has overall responsibility for the legal, risk and compliance function of AMP Capital Investors (New Zealand) Limited. Andrew’s primary responsibility is to provide legal advice and support in respect of the range of investment funds across various asset classes offered by AMP Capital and the management teams supporting those investment funds. Andrew has extensive commercial and property legal experience, most recently with Buddle Findlay.
David Chote
David became Head of Distribution in November 2009. Previously David worked for AMP Capital’s sister company, AMP Financial Services as General Manager – Distribution. He has extensive experience in distribution channel management, including nine years industry experience with the AXA Group. He has overall responsibility for managing relationships with AMP Capital’s clients. He also manages and leads AMP Capital’s sales, business development, marketing and product strategy capabilities.
