With over 45 years of experience and around NZ$19 billion* invested in property assets in New Zealand and Australia, AMP Capital Investors is one of the most recognised property investment managers in Australasia. AMP Capital Investors has played a significant role in the development of Australia’s and New Zealand’s city landscapes, constructing and developing some of the most recognised properties in both countries, including the landmark AMP building at Circular Quay in Sydney, Sydney’s first ‘skyscraper’ built in 1961.

AMP Capital is also an experienced investment manager in the New Zealand listed property market with two listed property funds, the AMP NZ Office Trust (ANZO) and Property For Industry (PFI). ANZO is New Zealand’s largest listed investor in commercial office property and owns arguably one of the country’s leading property portfolios.  PFI is one of New Zealand’s largest industrial property specialists with a portfolio of prime industrial property in the main urban centres.

We are a pioneer in global listed property and launched our first global listed property fund in 2002. AMP Capital, with its affiliate AMP Capital Brookfield, has one of the world’s largest specialist global listed property teams, with ‘on the ground’ resources in Sydney, Chicago, London and Singapore. Through adopting a globally integrated value approach with these regional investment teams, and utilising our proven experience in the more mature Australian and US markets, AMP Capital is placed at the forefront of the development and distribution of global listed property products.
