Term Advantage Fund

How the Fund works

The Term Advantage Fund is a passively managed fund, which invests in a New Zealand dollar denominated deposit with Rabobank.

How does the Fund meet your needs?

The fund aims to provide you with pre-tax returns similar to investing in a bank term deposit, but generally with a maximum final tax rate of 28%^.

The fund is ideal if you are looking for a low risk and capital secure product, or if you have short term (one to three year) investment goals.

What are the key risks with this Fund?

The return from cash comes in the form of interest. This return is closely linked to short term interest rates which move up and down in cycles.

Inflation is another risk of investing in cash as inflation erodes the value of money over time.
